Quack AI [Q] falls 28% before 241M token unlock – Can THIS hold?

Quack AI faces further downside risks as its November token unlock approaches as sellers threaten key support.

Quack AI [Q] fell 28.06% as its explosive October rally unraveled, wiping out gains and raising concerns about further selling pressure.

Earlier, Quack AI surged roughly 300% during the week leading up to the 19th of October. That rally pushed the token to an all-time high of $0.1456.

However, the advance quickly lost steam as participants exited positions, putting leveraged longs under mounting pressure.

Trading activity intensified during the correction, with 24-hour Trading Volume climbing 96.72% to $87.41 million. Previously, Futures Trading Volume had substantially exceeded Spot Trading Volume, highlighting heavy speculative participation.

Now, buyers face another hurdle: an approaching token unlock.

November 2 unlock threatens fresh supply pressure

Additionally, Quack AI faces another potential supply pressure as its next token unlock approaches on November 2, 2026, with approximately 241.28 million Q tokens entering the unlock schedule.

The unlock represents 2.41% of the token’s 10 billion maximum supply.

Notably, the unlock is part of Q’s monthly vesting schedule, which covers community, ecosystem, treasury, team, as well as investor allocations.

Besides, the incoming unlock would follow the project’s September 2025 token generation event, as several allocations enter their linear vesting periods.

Here, it is also worth noting that even though the unlocking does not guarantee an immediate sale, recipients could introduce an additional supply into an already declining market.

Quack AI exchange inflows raise further selling concerns

Exchange activity offered another reason for caution.

According to CoinGlass, Quack AI’s daily Spot Netflows exceeded positive $5 million during mid-October. Flows subsequently fluctuated as investors adjusted positions following the token’s sharp decline.

At reporting time on the 26th of October, Spot Netflows stood at approximately positive $123,780.

Positive Netflows indicated that deposits exceeded withdrawals, increasing the exchange-held supply available for potential selling. These deposits did not confirm completed sales. Even so, continued inflows could make a recovery harder if recipients also deposit newly unlocked tokens.

Q tests $0.05 as bearish signals deepen

Quack AI’s daily chart notably highlighted a sharp pullback from the $0.11 resistance area, followed by successive bearish candles towards the $0.05 support.

The price correction substantially erased much of October’s gains, bringing the token dangerously close to its previous breakout zone.

Notably, the MACD indicator confirmed a bearish crossover as it fell below its signal line, with its histogram also turning negative, reflecting strengthening bearish pressure.

Furthermore, the indicator dropped to 46.44 after retreating from the overbought conditions. This decline below the 50 neutral level validated the weakening buying strength, leaving the

Overall, this bearish technical structure together with exchange inflows favored further downside risks, as November’s token unlock approaches.

Unless buyers strongly defend the $0.05 support, Q is likely to extend its correction towards the $0.02 lower support.

Final Summary

  • Quack AI’s 28% crash preceded a November 2 unlock involving 241.28 million tokens.
  • Q risks extending its decline toward $0.02 if bearish pressure breaks the crucial $0.05 support level.
