Cosmos Smart Contract Hackathon “qDARC” announces prize pool from Konstellation Network

The Konstellation Network (Konstellation), a decentralized cross-chain capital markets system built on the Cosmos network, announces a prize pool for winners of its summer Blockchain qDARC Hackathon. The Konstellation Network hackathon will officially start on May 27, 2022, with tasks specific to developing and optimizing the Konstellation ecosystem. 

Konstellation’s Blockchain qDARC Hackathon is looking for CosmWasm smart contract engineers to design qDARC functions, particularly those with programming experience in Rust and Go. However, all engineers and developers are encouraged to apply. 

The registration period has begun and will end at 24:00 KST on Friday, May 27, 2022. Interested applicants may go to Notion to submit their applications or reach out to info@konstellation.tech for more information.

Winners of the Blockchain qDARC Hackathon have the opportunity to win up to $24,000 in prizes! The top three winners will be eligible for the $24,000 prize pool to be awarded in either Bitcoin or Ethereum. An additional reward has been created to encourage participation from students, with the leading team of student participants being eligible for a $2,000 reward.

2nd place: $6,000
3rd place: $3,000

Distributed in Bitcoin or Ethereum among the Top 3 winners and student participant(s).

Leading participants active in the hackathon will also be eligible for full time job opportunities with Konstellation Network based on performance.

The main criteria for winning the hackathon are the given function’s ability to perform in accordance with the task, the quality of the code, and how effectively the instructions are followed!

From May 27 to June 20, 2022, the Blockchain qDARC Hackathon will take place for three weeks. There are no fees, and it is available to everybody in the world.
