The Chief Executive Officer of Vela, Jen Nayar expressed his joy post Vela’s partnership with CoinMarketCap. He stated:

“We are very excited to be partnering with CoinMarketCap to provide our institutional clients with enterprise-grade access to the leading, independent source of cryptocurrency data. With crypto being one of the biggest disruptors in our space today, this agreement fortifies Vela’s entry into this innovative digital currency sector. We look forward to working with CoinMarketCap to deliver their world-leading cryptocurrency data to our institutional audience.”

On the onset of this partnership, another tweet by Vela stated that it has added CoinMarketCap to its SuperFeed, which is Vela’s Market Data Feed Service. The platform wrote:

“@TradeVela adds @CoinMarketCap crypto data to SuperFeed”

Currently, CoinMarketCap has over 1,800 cryptocurrencies listed on its charts for their data such as price, market capitalization and other market news. Vela has a streaming market data feed wherein it will embed the API of its new partner. This is targeted to cater to the data requirements of many industry entities, such as banks, broker-dealers, retail firms, and more.

About 100 data sources and markets available on SuperFeed have been proved to show compatibility with the new integration of cryptocurrencies to the platform. This includes all the significant US, European as well as Asian markets.

The data on Vela’s SuperFeed is believed to provide high-quality data that possesses much reliability to its clients. The platform is also known to have the ability to process a huge volume of data without compromising on user experience. This is because the data is normalized, which basically means that it does not require a specific client infrastructure.

On the partnership with Vela, the Founder of CoinMarketCap, Brandon Chez said:

“With our goal to remain the most trusted and accurate source of data for the cryptocurrency community, we are pleased to be partnering with Vela, a well-respected and independent technology leader in trading and market access. Together, we are able to extend our reach to major banks, broker-dealers, and institutional firms so that they can access our information directly.”
