FLOKI’s 13% rally follows $33B memecoin revival – Yet leverage warns of…

A sector rally opened the door, but FLOKI-specific demand must keep it open.

The crypto market climbed to $2.9 trillion as memecoins staged a sharp recovery. The memecoin market cap reached $33 billion, while volume surged 194% to $8.4 billion.

That broader recovery also carried into Floki [FLOKI]. The memecoin held $0.0000025 before moving above $0.000003.

FLOKI later retraced and traded near $0.0000029 at press time. Even so, the token remained up 13% on the daily chart. Trading volume also jumped 196%, showing that market activity had returned alongside the price.

Why is FLOKI demand recovering?

As FLOKI extended its recovery, Turnover climbed to $17.3 million from the $5 million zone.

Turnover had remained near $5 million for four consecutive days. Its sudden increase suggested that participation was returning with the price.

More importantly, Buy Sell Volume data showed that buyers had played a central role in the move.

FLOKI recorded more than 241 billion in Spot buy volume over the past day. The market delta also stayed positive for 6 consecutive days. That sustained positive delta indicated that buying pressure had exceeded selling pressure during the recovery.

The shift began last week, when FLOKI started showing signs of accumulation. This suggested that the latest rally involved more than a single-day reaction.

Derivatives traders joined the move as well. Open Interest rose 32% to $17 million, while Derivatives Volume climbed 200% to $42.3 million.

Together, those metrics showed that speculators were opening new positions as demand improved. That combination supported FLOKI’s recovery, although it also created greater exposure to short-term volatility. Memecoin rallies can attract leverage faster than durable demand.

Can FLOKI hold its bullish structure?

FLOKI’s chart remained constructive after the memecoin moved above its short- and long-term moving averages.

The BvB indicator also stayed positive for four consecutive days. That marked a sharp reversal after two weeks of negative readings.

The BvB ratio reached 59, suggesting that buyers had regained control from sellers.

If accumulation continued, FLOKI could reclaim $0.000003 and target $0.0000037 in the short term. However, the bullish structure required a daily close above the 200-day EMA near $0.0000029.

A failure to hold that level could send FLOKI back toward $0.0000025.

That leaves FLOKI with a more demanding test than the initial breakout. The memecoin must now show that its recovery can outlast the wider memecoin rotation.

Final Summary

  • FLOKI rises 13% as memecoin capital rotation revives demand.
  • The memecoin’s market delta remained positive for six consecutive days. And, Open Interest rose 32%, while Derivatives Volume climbed 200%.
