He was serving as the Human Resources Managing Director at Citibank. is the platform that released the EOSIO blockchain software. The role of a’Chief People Officer’ at involves managing the ‘human resources Group’. Apart from this, James Mendes will also be responsible for ‘building’ and ‘developing’ the company’s culture and talent space for its growth. According to Mendes, is an influencer in propelling a widespread adoption of the blockchain technology. He also mentions as his own company and refers to it as a global leader in blockchain-related software systems. He added:

James Mendes has a diverse work experience across different regions of the world including Asia, Africa and Europe. Mendes has also worked in a number of other spaces including Korn Ferry and Alexander Mann Solutions in Asia. and EOSIO are closely-knitted entities and are highly dependent on the EOS tokens for their functioning. At press time, EOS is trading at $6.74 with a market cap of about $6 billion and a weekly dip of -4.19% in its price.
