Genius Yield: Cardano-powered optimizer raises $4.2 million in seed round

Genius Yield, the decentralized exchange, and yield protocol based on Cardano have raised over $4.2 million dollars from investors within four weeks, during their first seed round, which recently closed on November 1st. Investors in this round of fundraising included Master Ventures, Genblock Capital, CSP DAO, Sneaky Ventures, Cardano Syndicate, ipor.io, Bloctech Investment Group, Kernel Ventures, Blue Node Capital, Valhalla Capital, and Oracles Investments Group.

Genius Yield is powered by the Cardano blockchain, with the aim to optimize its users’ Annual Percentage Yield (APY) and enhance the efficiency of asset allocation, and offers smart liquidity management that further enables users to generate better yields within the decentralized digital ecosystem.

Genius Yield hopes to push the boundaries even further and excel in their second round of fundraising while increasing the exposure of the company as a whole, and are thrilled to have the support of large names in the venture capital space. Their next initial stake pool offering (ISPO) will take place on December 15, and presale by Q2 2022. 

Compared to other DeFi platforms, Genius Yield provides increased capital efficiency and fine-tuned control for liquidity providers, and a more flexible fee structure by first deploying a concentrated liquidity DEX similar to the uniswap V3 protocol. Users can use Genius Yield’s Smart Liquidity Management to optimize their rewards when providing liquidity.
