Nakamoto consensus engine

- Finality: Blocks aren't allowed to reorganize below a certain depth. Not all finalized blocks can be pruned because their data might determine the UTXO set of upcoming blocks.
- Invalidation rules: Blocks pointing to an invalid block are also deemed invalid. A block is considered invalid if it contradicts another in its past or lacks a kosherizing block. Additionally, there's a rule bounding the merge size of block sets to maintain consistency and security.
