The cryptocurrency market was bearing witness to a brutal bear attack that colored the market red. At press time, most major coins were falling rapidly, with no sign of recovery in sight. However, the coins which noted a significant fall were EOS, Tron [TRX], and Ethereum [ETH]. These major coins have all noted a fall of over 5% within the past hour with minimum recovery.
The one-hour chart for the coin reflected the great fall in EOS’s price vividly. The fourth largest token noted a fall of 9.84% in a day while noting a fall of 9.62% over the past week. The coin dipped by 2.43% over the past hour, and at press time, was valued at $3.23. The token reported a market cap of $2.9 billion and registered 24-hour trade volume of $1.3 billion.
EOS was highly traded on OKEx, where it registered a 24 hour trading volume of $135 million via the EOS/USDT pair. OKEx was followed by Bibox with a volume of $100 million via the EOS/ETH pair. BW took the third place as it noted a trading volume of $82 million with the EOS/USDT pair.
The one-hour chart for TRX marks a fall of 7.72% over the past day while reporting a drop of 11.92% over the past week. The coin posted a dip of 2.29% over the past hour, and at press time, was valued at $0.0212. The token registered a market cap of $1.4 billion and a 24-hour trading volume of $143 million.
The token was highly traded on OKEx with the TRX/USDT pair noting a volume of $14.78 million. HitBTC took the second place as it noted a volume of $14.73 million via the TRX/USDT trading pair. HitBTC was followed by BitForex with a trading volume of $13 million with the TRX/USDT pair.
ETH noted a fall of 6.46% over the past day and within a week, plunged by 9.32%. The token slipped by 1.06% over the past hour and was valued at $126.41 at press time. ETH noted a market cap of $13 billion and a trading volume of $3.8 billion.
ETH reported the highest trading volume on EXX exchange as it noted $174 million in volume via the ETH/BTC pair. EXX was followed by BW with a volume of $152 million with the ETH/USDT pair. LBank took the third place as it registered a volume of $131 million with the ABT/ETH pair.
