Audiera slides 61%, hits a 3-month low: Will panic selling push BEAT further down?

Audiera [BEAT] plummeted, breaching $1 support to a low of $0.9600. As of this writing, BEAT was trading around $0.97, marking a 61% drop on the daily charts.

In doing so, the altcoin erased all gains made in 2026. Its market cap also crashed 62%, to $329 million, indicating strong capital outflows.

However, the trading volume climbed 144% to $162 million, reflecting increased selling activity.

Why is Audiera crashing, though?

Allix noted that Audiera [BEAT] mostly dropped because retail traders who went long got squeezed while whales turned to shorting.

As such, with retail heavily over-leveraged while whale volume remained stable, a massive long squeeze was triggered.

In fact, CoinGlass data showed that over $2.5 million worth of long positions got liquidated over the past 24 hours.

That’s not all; the market saw massive token transfers, especially internal transfers, sparking more concerns among other investors.

According to Allix, 4.53 million BEAT worth $6.72 million flooded hot wallets. Gate & KuCoin shifted 3.44 million BEAT from cold to hot to back liquidity.

Traders panic and exit their positions

As the market dropped, the decline was exacerbated by panic sellers. On the Futures market, traders panicked and closed their positions, recording $453 million in Futures outflows compared to $431 million in inflows.

As a result, the Futures netflow dropped 1211% to -$22 million. Such a massive drop suggested that most traders exited their positions. The altcoin’s Open Interest also dropped from $99 million to $67 million, further confirming the market exits.

Historically, such a sudden shift in sentiment, with speculators abandoning the market, has resulted in a steep price drop.

Spot traders stand alone, offering some relief

On the Spot side, however, sellers are the minority in the market. Some sell-side activity was recorded from both whales and retail.

Allix noted that whales deposited $907K into Gate while retail moved $2 million to MEXC to dump. However, buyers were the majority on the spot. Spot netflow dropped to -$3.8 million, the lowest levels since mid-July.

The rising Spot outflows during such a massive dump could have suggested some dip buyers. If this move works, the altcoin will recover from the recent slip, repeating the same pattern observed.

What’s next for BEAT?

Audiera is currently on a strong downward momentum, with sellers fully retaking the market. As longs got squeezed, other traders panicked and exited the market, further strengthening the downward momentum.

As a result, the altcoin’s Relative Strength Index (RSI) dropped to 37, further confirming this bearishness. Under these market conditions, Audiera is likely to see more losses.

If the pressure continues, the altcoin will drop below $0.9, with $0.85 as the next support. However, if the spot demand holds firm and takes the pressure, Audiera will reclaim $1 and target $1.6.

Final Summary

  • BEAT crashed 61%, breaching the $1 support to a three-month low of $0.96.
  • Retail traders who went long got squeezed, while whales turned to shorting.
