Tyson Fury, a two-time world heavyweight boxing champion, along with his team at GoldStar have partnered up with FomoLab to launch his premium boxing NFT (non-fungible token) collection on HoDooi.com, a decentralized, permissionless NFT trading platform. Fury’s NFTs will be available in June 2021.
One of HoDooi.com’s first collaborations will be a collection of NFTs created by FomoLab and focused on Tyson Fury, famously known as the ‘Gypsy King’. HoDooi.com has been working closely with FomoLab and its partner Tyson Fury’s team at Goldstar Promotions on this project.
NFT sales have surpassed $2 billion USD in 2021 to date, with twice the amount of buyers than sellers, ushering in the next wave of mass adopters. Tyson’s NFT series will consist of one-of-a-kind collectibles that can’t be duplicated, making them unique and highly valuable.
FomoLab is an exclusive NFT management agency built on the Binance Smart Chain; the initial Tyson Fury collection available on HoDooi will provide an all-in-one solution on a multichain platform that will launch on Binance smart chain, before moving to incorporate other compatible blockchains as the platform grows. The platform will allow users to buy, sell or create NFT’s by verifying their account, leveraging smart contracts, or tokenizing the content.
Speaking from Las Vegas where he is currently training, a clearly excited Fury said:
“HoDooi.com will be the official NFT marketplace to launch my NFT collection. Looking forward to showing my fans and their users what we’ve created. Get ready for the release you big dossers!”
FomoLab’s CEO, stated, “We are pleased to launch the Tyson Fury NFT collection with HoDooi, a multichain marketplace. As we strive to grow the NFT ecosystem, we believe that collaborations are essential.”
Matt Luczynski, co-founder, and CEO of HoDooi, said, “We are very happy to be a part of the launch of Tyson Fury’s NFT collection in collaboration with FomoLab. We hope to utilize our multichain platform and FomoLab experience in future NFT launchings with well-known artists, athletes, rappers, and celebrities.”
