Giftbag brings innovation to NFT creation and Influencer Marketing

Giftbag – A DeFi project bringing innovation to NFTs through influencer, athlete and celebrity partnerships, recently launched the GBAG token on the Binance Smart Chain. The open-source community token gives power back to NFT creators whilst offering valuable, unique NFT art to the public.

The project and its counterparts have donated over $10k to date to charitable causes and those in need. As an open-source token, the community is empowered to help direct and make decisions affecting the future of the project. This creates a collaborative environment where creators, influencers and holders can thrive collectively.

Influencer-fueled marketing

Influencer partners aligned with Giftbag play a crucial role in project exposure. The influencers partnered with $GBAG stretch across the globe and include engaging personalities and talents in the likes of celebrity athletes such as Florida-born NFL player Dee Delaney. The 3-year cornerback for the Super Bowl Champion Tampa Bay Buccaneers is one of several NFL athletes partnered with Giftbag. Others on the roster include Miami Dolphins defensive back Sheldrick Redwine, defensive safety and full-time fashion designer John Battle, and Jets players DJ Montgomery and Noah Dawkins – to name a few.

Kenyan model, actress, and celebrity host Huddah Monroe adds more star power as a partner of Giftbag, exposing her 2 million plus instagram followers to the crypto project. The former Big Brother Africa contestant is a well-received socialite and familiar face in her home country of Kenya. The youthful entrepreneur is recognized as one of the most successful young Africans in the world today. Miami-based Krystal Leighh and Essential London Business Manager, Ella McCloud are other cross-industry influencers who significantly add social media presence and organic exposure by introducing their audiences to the open-source token.

Token Dynamics

When considering tokenomics it was important for the Giftbag team to construct them according to the goals of the project and community. For this reason, 1% of every $GBAG transaction is redistributed back to the community. Token rewards are an attractive feature that incentivize holders as they can benefit from the extra profits well into the future of the project.

The 4% attributed to marketing, and 4% to development, ensure crucial additions to the influencer-focused marketing strategy are realized. 1% is burned as Giftbag has scheduled to burn 50% of the total supply. Burns can have a stabilizing effect on token price, and typically help appreciate value over time.

Future burns and other price mechanisms can be implemented further down the road through open source practices – for the benefit of the Giftbag ecosystem.

Further Marketing Strategy

Alongside the celebrity marketing methods, Giftbag have utilized crypto marketing firm Coinpresso to implement focused, targeted marketing strategies. The New Zealand-based outfit provides expert content marketing and targeted social media strategy to help further engagement for GBAG cross-platform.

The experience and insight of the cryptocurrency market and market-goers possessed by the Coinpresso firm has been called upon to help maximize the effectiveness of the content delivered. Giftbag and Coinpresso are aligned in their targeted efforts to bring quality exposure to the NFT innovative project.

Next Steps

GBAG has clear plans for expansion, as the roadmap reveals greater reaching influencers to come that will help with further reach and exposure. The community project also plans to release highly creative NFT art to give the public opportunity to hold and possess high-valued, unique creative creations.

Upgrades to the Giftbag website are already in the works as a great deal of attention is being directed towards content optimization. An NFT marketplace integration is in development, with the ability to view and then purchase GBAG NFTs within the next dev updates. GBAG is live and available on Pancake Swap and other BSC exchanges. As marketing and development ensue, website advances are made, and greater-reaching celebrities partner, the giftbag project looks set for an interesting 2022.
